Wick Mouthpieces for French Horn DW5885
The world of the
French horn is different in every way from that of the other
brasses. Traditionally, very narrow rims were used which made
the instrument unnecessarily difficult. French horn players
often dug the rim into the bottom lip. For some of the more
modern players, the other type is with 5mm wide rims to give
additional support if needed. Young musicians have found that
they can easily transfer to the French horn after having played
trumpet, for instance.
