Soprano Saxophones are the smallest and highest pitched of the four sizes of saxophone in common use. Like the tenor sax they are pitched in Bb and because of that many tenor players double on the soprano. Most Soprano Saxes are straight and are either a one piece design or have two detachable necks. These two necks give the player the choice of having a  straight style or having a slightly curved style. Some players players prefer the curved neck as it is more comfortable to hold.  System 54 Saxophones  make a one piece curved neck Soprano so if you prefer this style there is less setting up required before you play.
