Returns
If you wish to return goods purchased by mail order you may do so for any reason within seven days of receipt

It would be helpful if you could let us know if you intend doing this

Please make sure the goods are returned in the same condition you received them in, including the original packing

Returned goods that are not in the same condition you received them in may incur a charge to cover loss of value

Postage costs are to be paid for by the customer, but under some circumstances may be re-funded

For example, if the goods are incorrectly supplied or agreed to be faulty, our original postage costs charged will be re-funded

Old Stock

Instruments that are old stock being sold at a reduced price are not subject to normal guarantees
