The B&S DBX Trumpet BSDBX-2-0 features a large bore valve section, a newly designed matching reversed leadpipe and an additional bell. Due to its unique screw bracing the B&S DBX Trumpet BSDBX-2-0 Line offers an even more rapid response and vibrancy of sound. The first bell is yellow brass with French bead which has a bright sound with excellent projection. The second bell with a traditional round bell rim in gold brass offers a warm orchestral sound. The combination of two bells gives the versatility for orchestra, chamber music or even big band use. <\/span><\/p>\n Gerhard A. Meinl, whose family has been in the music industry for 7 generations, bought in 1991, the parental company, the Wenzel Meinl GmbH (WMM) in Geretsried, as the manufacturer of the Melton-Brass in to the TA Triumph-Adler AG.
