Vintage Hawkes Wooden Flute
Vintage Hawkes Wooden Flute in very good condition. This flute has no serial number, so it is hard to date exactly. It is stamped with the Hawkes and Son Denman Street address, so this dates it to around the end of the 19th Century or beginning of the 20th. We are not flute aficionados, but the key work on this flute has quite an unusual configuration that is very interesting. It just about plays but would definatly benefit from a service to get it up to its best.
