Vintage Rudall Carte Flute

This Vintage Rudall Carte Flute is a very nice interesting playable collectable. The serial number is higher than any of those listed on horn-u-copia and other sites, so it is a bit difficult to give an exact date. It has an unusual design in that it has a one piece body with no seperate foot joint. The head joint is similiar to an Ubel with a lip plate made of bakelite or a similar material. Comes supplied in its original wooden case with the original flute rod. It does play but not as well as it could and would benefit from a service including a couple of new pads although not a full repad.
