This Vintage Courtois Trombone is a really nice piece. The Slide works, but is not the greatest at the moment. Orignially a high pitched instrument, it has had a replacement tuning slide made for it to bring it down it to todays tuning standard. This has been very well done and the original shorter tuning slide is also included. The silver plating has very little wear and it has highly decorative joints and a 6 3/4″ bell that boasts of all the medals and awards that Anton Courtois instruments had been awarded. Supplied in a new Kinsmen case. Period mouthpiece included.
