Macfarlane’s Clapper Shake-Key Cornopean
This vintage and very rare Macfarlane’s Clapper Shake-Key Cornopean is unfortunately not in a playable condition but would be ideal for a collector or as a restoration project. You may recognise this instrument from page VIII of the Editor’s Preface of the Arban Cornet Method.
Engraved on the bell is Macfarlane’s Improved Cornopean, Kohler Maker, Henrietta St, Covent Garden London.
