This Martin Imperial Trombone is in good condition for its age. Having said that we are finding it hard to get a date of manufacture for it. The serial number is 186703 & the various sites offering information about dating Martin trombones give coflicting information. Is it 1918, 1938 or 1972? Is there anyone out there who thinks they know? If so please get in contact. We are pretty sure it’s not 1918. Anyway as can be seen in the photograph there is a little lacquer wear.  The slide action is good.
