Olds Mendez Trumpet

This Olds Mendez Trumpet has been well played and still plays really well. It has plenty of lacquer wear and shows some signs of repairs. The serial dates it to the early 1960s. This double trigger trumpet wass made in the F.E. Olds workshop in Los Angeles and was one of their pro level instruments. The design was created for and named after Rafael Mendez and based on his previous F. Besson trumpet. It comes supplied in its original Olds case which is in a good solid condition, but is as well travelled as the instrument that it houses.
