Yamaha Tenor Horns
There are currently three models of Yamaha Tenor Horns (referred to as alto horns in Yamaha’s terminology):
YAH-203 is an easy playing student model, ideal for the aspiring young player.
YAH-603UK (Maestro) has been a brass band favourite for many years alongside the Maestro flugel horn and (now discontinued) cornet.
YAH-803 Neo has been a revelation within top level brass bands. Developed with Sheona White the Neo has noticeably improved dynamic range compared to previous models.
All models are available in clear lacquer or silver plate. These current models are the culmination of Yamaha’s intensive development programme and commitment to improve their products.
