Oboe reeds

At the moment we are somewhat overstocked with hard oboe reeds. Is there anyone out there who can scrape a hard reed and make it softer? If so we would consider offers for them. You could get a good working reed for a bargain price! Email or phone.

We normally keep in stock Tipple oboe reeds which are handmade in the UK.
We have soft, medium-soft & medium strengths. They are of consistent good quality and are wired for adjustment when required. Other makes of oboe reed include Emerald, which is a well priced plastic reed, Légère, which is a not so well priced plastic reed, Marque in various strengths, Jones in various strengths and several other makes.
