Tubas in Bb
These are the largest tubas in common use. In a Brass Band there are normally four tubas (basses), two in Eb and two in Bb. Tubas in B Flat are often referred to as Double B Flats (BBb). We’ve been offered various reasons for this, none of them very convincing! Orchestral players often use C tubas.
Due to their large size we do not usually keep tubas in stock but they are always available to order. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date before ordering.
All of our instruments are checked and set up before we send them to you.
