Second Hand C Melody Saxophones
We sometimes have Second Hand C Melody Saxophones in stock. The C Melody, sometimes referred to as a tenor in C, was designed by Adolphe Sax as part of a range of orchestral saxophones in C and F. Pitched a tone higher than the tenor sax it resembles an elongated alto although some have a tenor-like curved neck. As a non-transposing instrument the C Melody was popular with musicians who wanted to play vocal parts or other melody lines without the need to transpose.
Our second hand instruments are serviced before being offered for sale, and are subject to six months guarantee. This may not apply to instruments being sold on commission. VAT is not chargeable on our second hand instruments.
